I would have given the shop guy 10 stars if possible. After a very unpleasant interaction with a Basics shop guy in the same mall, I entered this shop to check the availability of black jeans. This guy was extremely pleasant and energetic, showing me all varieties of black pants. However, none of them suited my liking or fitting. I did like a pair of blue jeans, but it was beyond my budget and there was no offer for purchasing a single item. The offer required buying two items to get two more products, which wasn't suitable for me at the time. I apologized to him for potentially wasting his time, but he politely refused my apology, saying, 'Sir, even if you don't buy anything, it's my job.' It was evident that this guy loves his job and is dedicated to it. I regretted not making a purchase from that shop as I had already found what I needed at Trends on the same floor. Interestingly, he was the one who suggested I check out Trends and Lee Cooper for cropped fit jeans. You are a star, man. Your heart is so good. I admired your attitude and the way you treated us. Employees like you are valuable assets to any organization or shop. The owner should definitely appreciate such an employee. Thank you, buddy.
